We are now looking for a  Senior Product Designer  to join our growing product team. This role will report directly to the  Head of Product  and play a critical role in shaping and optimizing our user experience across our digital products.

About the Role :  As a  Senior Product Designer  at dopay, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences that drive adoption, retention, and satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate complex financial workflows into seamless, accessible, and beautiful digital experiences.

This role requires a strong UX and UI design foundation, user research capabilities, and the ability to create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems. The ideal candidate will have experience designing fintech or financial services products, particularly for emerging markets. The role will be based at our Cairo office.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept to execution, ensuring the delivery of high-quality user experiences.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer interviews to gain insights into user needs and behaviors.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that enhance user engagement and usability.
• Work closely with the Head of Product, product managers, and engineers to align design decisions with business goals and technical constraints.
• Develop and maintain a scalable  design system and UI component library  to ensure consistency across all products.
• Advocate for user-centered design and accessibility best practices throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data, and usability testing insights.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in product design and UX / UI.
