We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Medical Recruiter to lead the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge, strong sourcing strategies, and a proven ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the organization attracts top candidates for our various positions.(Medical Rep & others )
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for clinical and non-clinical medical roles.
- Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop strategic recruitment plans.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to attract passive and active candidates
- Screen and interview candidates, assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and provide timely updates to hiring managers.
- Negotiate job offers, compensation packages, and employment terms.
- Maintain compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company hiring practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Medical (pharmacy,Medicine or science )Experience in Medical Recruitment (3-4) yearsHolder of HR studies (Course or Diploma) would be preferredHaving good experience in hiring Medical RepsHaving experience in recruitment in Gulf areaIn-depth knowledge of medical and healthcare job functions and credentialing requirements.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches in a fast-paced environment.
