Job descriptionConduct training needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and performance analysis.Design and develop training materials, manuals, e-learning content, and workshops.Deliver engaging training sessions in-person or online for individuals and groups.Coordinate logistics for training events including venue, materials, and scheduling.Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback forms, assessments, and performance metrics.Maintain training records and update training calendars and reports.Collaborate with department heads to align training with business goals.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in adult learning and instructional design.Being able to deliver internal training sessions for the staff.40% travel to company’s site for conducting training sessions.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.3-5 years of relevant overall experience.Proven experience as a training specialist.Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (e-learning, simulations, etc.).Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.Ability to assess training effectiveness and modify programs accordingly.
