Job description
  • Conduct training needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and performance analysis.
  • Design and develop training materials, manuals, e-learning content, and workshops.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions in-person or online for individuals and groups.
  • Coordinate logistics for training events including venue, materials, and scheduling.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback forms, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Maintain training records and update training calendars and reports.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align training with business goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in adult learning and instructional design.
  • Being able to deliver internal training sessions for the staff.
  • 40% travel to company’s site for conducting training sessions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant overall experience.
  • Proven experience as a training specialist.
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (e-learning, simulations, etc.).
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to assess training effectiveness and modify programs accordingly.
