Job descriptionManage the full recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Handle mass hiring campaigns to support large-scale workforce needs.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and role specifics.Use various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to attract top talent.Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews.Support employer branding efforts and candidate experience initiatives.Generate weekly and monthly recruitment reports.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the real estate sector .Proven experience in mass hiring is a must.Very good command of English (spoken and written).Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Age not exceeding 30 years .
