Responsible for item movements (inbound and outbound).Receive incoming goods and verify their quantity, quality, and expiration dates, and ensure they match the purchase order.Properly organize and number the items in the warehouse for easy access.Create an item card for each item in the warehouse, both electronically and manually.Create files for inventory (purchase orders – issue vouchers – receiving vouchers – purchase invoices – suppliers…).Issue supplies requested by different departments using the issue voucher and ensure all signatures are completed.Prepare a map for each warehouse and a statement of items in each, with item details for easier access.Pay attention to the issue vouchers in terms of sequencing, clarity of writing, validity of signatures, and file them properly.Monitor items, check product condition, and submit a monthly report to the department manager.Responsible for preparing reports on product expiration dates.Draft write-off and disposal reports for consumed and damaged materials and tools in the presence of the warehouse supervisor and submit them to the department manager.Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory checks.Monitor the balance of each item after every transaction to ensure it hasn't reached the minimum limit; in case it does, notify the warehouse manager and relevant departments.Responsible for the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse with the help of warehouse workers.Monitor safety tools in the warehouse, such as fire extinguishers and water hoses, and ensure they are functional and not damaged.Ensure that aisles are available in the warehouse to facilitate movement and goods transportation.Organize items in the warehouse according to the established rules.Apply warehouse concepts (safety stock – reorder point – maximum storage limit – calculation of storage space).Perform any other tasks required within the core responsibilities of the job.Education and Previous Experience :
