Mechanical Engineer (Textile Industry Specialist) - Eshratex Spinning S.A.E

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer with a proven track record in the textile manufacturing sector . The ideal candidate will be responsible for the mechanical maintenance, optimization, and troubleshooting of all machinery and equipment within our textile production facility.

Key Responsibilities :

Mechanical System Design & Improvement :

• Participate in the design, modification, and upgrade of mechanical components and systems for various textile machinery (e.g., spinning machines)
• Analyze machine performance and identify areas for mechanical improvement and optimization to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Select appropriate materials, components, and fabrication methods for mechanical applications in a textile environment.
• Develop and implement robust preventive maintenance programs for all mechanical equipment, including regular inspections, and parts replacement schedules.
• Lead and execute complex mechanical repairs and troubleshooting of textile machinery breakdowns, quickly diagnosing issues related to gears, bearings, shafts, motors, pumps, valves, and other mechanical systems.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to identify root causes of mechanical failures.
• Oversee the mechanical installation and commissioning of new textile machinery, ensuring proper alignment, calibration, and integration with existing systems.
• Conduct performance tests on newly installed or repaired equipment.
