Job Purpose
The Senior System Collaboration Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing collaborative systems and tools that facilitate communication, collaboration, and workflow across the organization. This role ensures that collaboration platforms are effective, secure, and aligned with business objectives.
Job Description
1. System Design and Architecture : Design and architect collaboration solutions such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or similar platforms to meet business needs.
2. Implementation and Configuration : Implement and configure collaboration tools, ensuring they are user-friendly and accessible to all employees.
3. Integration : Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate collaboration systems with existing applications and services, ensuring seamless user experience.
4. Security and Compliance : Ensure all collaboration solutions adhere to security standards and compliance requirements, conducting regular audits and risk assessments.
5. User Training and Support : Provide training and ongoing support for end-users, enhancing their understanding and usage of collaboration tools.
6. Monitoring and Optimization : Monitor system performance, gather user feedback, and continuously optimize collaboration tools and processes.
7. Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of tools, configurations, procedures, and training materials.
8. Collaboration with Stakeholders : Work closely with management and cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration technologies align with overall business strategies.

9. Follow and implement all relevant department policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Day-to-day Operations
10. Follow the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the department and preparing requested reports to ensure continuity of work. Ensure being innovative, initiative and recommend new approaches related to own jobs.
Compliance
11. Comply with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal AAIB policies and code of conduct in order to maintain AAIB’s sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks.
