Art Director

Responsibilities :

• Overseeing and directing the team, and being in charge of developing and maintaining the designers’ and animators’ skills while guiding / coaching them.
• Assigning team members to their daily tasks, solving any problems that appear during the day, and managing quality and productivity.
• Taking initiatives to uplift and improve the quality of our current clients’ creative output, and handling potential pitches by working on new art concepts / directions, giving the opportunity to all team members to be part of that.
• Developing presentation styles and techniques and training the team on them.
• Ensuring the team adheres to current processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and proposing and creating processes and tools to support design operations.
• Developing creative briefs based on ideas from brainstorming sessions, with direction, schedules, and deliverables for the creative team.
• Overseeing presentation of final concepts and coordinating production and dissemination for cross-organizational use.
