Accounts Payable (AP) Section Head

Job Description

Role Purpose

The AP Section Head will lead Naqla’s payables function and oversee daily cash management activities across business units. This role supervises business unit accountants to ensure accurate handling of contractors’ and drivers’ payables, timely processing of proforma invoices for each job order, and compliance with financial policies. The AP Section Head plays a critical role in ensuring smooth financial operations, supporting business growth, and maintaining strong vendor and partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Supervision

• Supervise business unit accountants in their daily cash management and disbursement activities.
• Oversee payables to contractors, drivers, and other third parties to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Review and approve proforma invoices related to job orders before processing.
