The Quality Control Engineer is responsible for implementing and monitoring quality control procedures to ensure all project activities comply with company standards, client specifications, and international codes. The role involves inspecting materials, workmanship, and completed work, issuing non-conformance reports when needed, and coordinating with the construction and technical teams to maintain high-quality project delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inspect materials, installations, and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, and quality standards.
- Conduct routine site inspections and monitor construction activities to verify adherence to the approved quality plan.
- Review and approve material submittals, inspection requests (IRs), and test reports.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors regarding inspection schedules and quality issues.
- Ensure calibration and proper use of testing and inspection equipment.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits.
- Ensure all quality control activities align with health, safety, and environmental standards.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.3–7 years of experience in quality control for MEP or infrastructure projects.Strong knowledge of quality management systems, inspection processes, and testing procedures.Familiarity with ISO standards and QA / QC documentation.Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and quality reporting systems.Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills.Work Locations : October - North CoastBENEFITS
