Leadership Opportunity : Group Chief Business Development Officer

Location : Egypt

Arabic Speaking Mandatory

I'm currently working on an exclusive Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) mandate with one of the two largest healthcare providers in Egypt a market-dominant player with an impressive footprint across the country.

As part of their strategic expansion plan into Saudi Arabia , they are in the process of acquiring their license in KSA and are looking to bring on board a Group CBDO to lead this exciting next chapter.

About the Role :

C-suite position , reporting directly to the CEO and Board
Responsible for driving regional expansion strategy, with a primary focus on the Saudi market
Lead a small team of 3 - 5 Business Development Managers / Directors
Serve as the commercial spearhead for cross-border healthcare partnerships, acquisitions, and licensing initiatives
Frequent travel to KSA , so prior experience in the Saudi market is highly preferred

Who We're Looking For :

A seasoned Business Development leader with a proven track record in healthcare or related sectors

Fluent in Arabic (Mandatory)

Strong understanding of KSAs business environment , healthcare licensing, and commercial networks

Strategic thinker with the ability to translate boardroom vision into executable growth roadmaps

Excellent stakeholder management and market-entry experience
