الغرض الوظيفي

يكون صاحب الدور مسؤولاً عن تركيب المنتجات (المصاعد/السلالم المتحركة) في موقع العميل، باستخدام إجراءات التثبيت المحددة والسلامة في مكان العمل. يجب على صاحب الدور القيام بواجباته وفقًا لسياسات وإجراءات العمل المنصوص عليها.

مسؤوليات الوظيفة:

التأكد من تنفيذ جميع إجراءات السلامة قبل بدء تشغيل المصعد في موقع العميل. فحص المحاذاة الرأسية لعمود الرفع قبل بدء التثبيت. فحص بكرات التوجيه، ويقوم باجراءت تنظيف واختبار منظم السرعة. يراجع اتزان المصعد ويضبط الأثقال الموازنة والحدود النهائية (يضبط أحذية الثقل الموازن أو مسامير بكرة المكبس في حالة المصاعد الهيدروليكية). تركيب وضبط الأبواب وضبط أقفال الأبواب بعد تشغيل المنتج خلال وضع الفحص والتوقف عند كل هبوط والتحقق من جميع المسامير والمثبتات للتأكد من إحكام ربطها بشكل صحيح فى كل طابق. فحص حبال الجر والاتياش وكابل المرن، ويتأكد من أن أجهزة الأمان توقف المصعد عند حدوث أي خلل فحص جميع الأنظمة الكهربائية، بما في ذلك الأزرار، وأبواب الكابينة، ونظام الاتصال الداخلي. يبلغ المشرف بأي مشكلات او مخالفات في الموقع، ويعد التقارير المطلوبة. ضبط إعدادات لوحة التحكم ويضع المصعد في وضع التشغيل العادي. ضبط سرعة الحركة وجودة الركوب وفقًا لتعليمات الشركة. تنفيذ جميع الفحوصات المدرجة فى قائمة مراجعة المصنع بعد تركيب الوحدة. يجهز تقارير الفحص والاختبارات وتقارير السلامة اوتيس. الإبلاغ عن أي تناقض في الموقع والمنتج والعمليات الى مشرف / مهندس التركيبات.

الحد الأدنى من المؤهلات :

لديك ما لا يقل عن 3 - 6 سنوات من الخبرة في قطاع المصاعد لديك مهارات جيدة في الكهرباء وقراءة الرسومات الكهربائية والرسومات الميكانيكية. أنت محترف ملتزم، مع وضع السلامة على قمة أولوياتك أنت جيد في التواصل مع الآخرين أنت قادر على التكيف والتعرف على كيفية العمل بمفردك أو ضمن فريق أنت متمرس على استخدام الأدوات الإلكترونية والرقمية الحصول على شهادة الثانوية الفنية او ما يعادلها او شهادة جامعية.
