Job Description
The IT Director will define and execute the company’s technology strategy, ensuring robust infrastructure, cybersecurity, and high-performing ad tech platforms to support large-scale online advertising operations. This role includes driving innovation in programmatic advertising technologies, overseeing data strategy and analytics, and ensuring seamless integration across systems and third-party platforms.The IT Director will also lead and mentor cross-functional IT teams while aligning technology initiatives with business growth objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s / MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in digital media, online advertising, or ad tech platforms.
- Strong knowledge of programmatic advertising, DSPs, SSPs, APIs, and campaign management tools.
- Hands-on experience with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP) and scalable architectures.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy (GDPR / CCPA), and compliance frameworks.
- Strong experience in data platforms, BI, and real-time analytics.
- Skilled in vendor management, IT budgeting, and project delivery.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
