Project Planning :
Define the scope of work, objectives, and technical requirements. Develop a detailed timeline (Gantt chart or similar). Identify the required resources (materials, labor, equipment). Prepare the project budget and monitor costs.
2. Team Management Coordinate and assign tasks to the work team (engineers, technicians, contractors, etc.). Lead daily / weekly meetings to monitor progress. Resolve technical or administrative issues faced by the team.
3. Supervising Technical :
Implementation Ensuring work is executed according to plans and technical specifications. Monitoring quality and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and security standards (QHSE). Coordinating with engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
4. Time and Cost Management Monitoring and continuously updating the schedule. Track costs to ensure budget is not exceeded. Issuing periodic reports to management / client on progress and expenditures.
5. Communication and Coordination Continuous communication with clients, suppliers, contractors, and government agencies. Manage contracts and official correspondence. Submit technical and administrative reports to senior management.
6. Problem Solving and Decision Making Deal with unexpected challenges (delivery delays, design issues, etc.). Making quick decisions based on technical and financial analysis.
7. Closing and Documentation Receiving work from contractors and documenting completion. Preparing the final project report. Handing over the project to the client and closing contracts.
