Job description

Specialization : User Interface & User Experience Design

  • Design and create intuitive and engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user needs and translate them into functional and appealing designs.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and improve upon designs based on feedback.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that communicate design intent effectively.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI / UX design to ensure the company’s design quality continually evolves.
  • Manage and maintain design systems to establish consistency across all products.
  • Support product teams in defining user stories and accept design feedback positively and constructively.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in the relevant field
  • Proven experience as a UI / UX Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful design projects.
  • Degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate design ideas effectively.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating user-friendly designs.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.

    • Skills :

  • Experience with responsive and mobile design.
  • Familiarity with front-end development practices (HTML / CSS / JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Understanding of the latest design trends and technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
