Quality Control Agriculture Engineer

Responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing engineering projects from conception to completion. • Review all instructions / SOPs related to field and technical agricultural operations and others, and clarify any new instructions / SOPs that need to be issued, and points for improvement for the current instructions in coordination with the internal audit management.
• Review the requirements of the Global GAP system, and ensure that the records are compliant both systematically and realistically.
• Review the requirements for storage in warehouses.
• Evaluate general problems on the farm and provide appropriate practical and economic solutions for implementation.
• Review the implementation of the occupational health and safety system on the farm.
• Review the application of approved procedures for agricultural mechanization.
• Review the application of approved procedures for administrative affairs.
• Monitor the quality of agricultural technical operations according to a specific and approved specification for each technical operation, and take corrective action in case of deviations.
• Receive incoming materials to the farm according to the approved specifications for them.
• Review the sorting of the final product, take samples of the final product, and ensure that they are compliant with the approved specifications
• Take samples for analysis (soil, water, plant, final product, etc.).
• Conduct some measurements and tests on some samples on the farm.
• Collect and analyze data and prepare reports for daily, weekly, and monthly work for the quality management department.
