We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our clinic team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent customer service while ensuring the clinic’s operations run smoothly on a daily basis.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally
- Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and schedule / reschedule appointments
- Manage appointment calendar and ensure efficient time slot usage for doctors
- Handle patient registration, intake forms, and follow-up reminders
- Coordinate with physiotherapists for treatment flow and daily client updates
- Collect payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records
- Follow up with patients for feedback and ensure client satisfaction
- Monitor clinic cleanliness and restock supplies (e.g., sheets, sanitizers, forms)
- Assist with clinic reporting, documentation, and internal communication
- Liaise with partner gyms or external vendors when needed
