This is a full-time on-site role in Cairo, Egypt for an Administrative Secretary at Riad & Riad. The Administrative Secretary will be responsible for clerical tasks, administrative assistance, communication, scheduling, and customer service duties including the following :
- Reporting to management and performing secretarial duties
- Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents
- Filing documents, as well as entering data and maintaining databases
- Liaising with internal departments and communicating with the public
- Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements
- Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, note-taking, and travel bookings
- Observing the best business practices and etiquette
- Communicating with clients.
- Following up / arranging for business development and marketing activities and events
- Following up / arranging for digital marketing
- Clerical Skills and Administrative Assistance capabilities
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling
- Experience in booking flights and hotels for business trips
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment is a plus
- Fluency in both English and Arabic languages
- Advanced proficiency in managing documents, spreadsheets, and databases
- Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines
- Knowledge with basic graphic designing and platform / digital marketing
- Having a degree in communication, marketing, or social media is a plus
