Job descriptionMarket Research and AnalysisConduct research concerning the target of market customers and marketing strategies related to OFD’s overall business across all brands and geographiesGather and analyze data such as customer demographics, preferences, needs and habits, in order to identify potential markets and determine the factors affecting the demand of QSR / CD brands’ productsObtain and analyze data such as industry prices, sales, marketing methods and distribution pertinent to OFD’s / brands’ peer groups and conduct a comparative analysis to understand existing gaps and OFD’s / brands’ market positioning, against competitorsConduct market research to determine target market customers and advertising need and monitor market trends and dynamics to ensure that OFD’s / brands’ industry tactics are addressing market requirementsBranding Management : Work closely with Operations to ensure proper communication and effective executionEnsure and execute promotional plans for each brand, monitoring where image or brand collateral is displayed or used for commercial purposesWork closely to support the business development and Marketing team for any brand promotional activities / eventsProvide support in ensuring that all marketing collateral, promotional material and other communication material for marketing and customer attraction are compliant to franchisor branding guidelinesDesign and implement department strategy and roadmap to support in setting / updating OFD’s strategyEstablish department’s plans and provide input to OFD’s goals that support its overall strategic plansCollaborate with managers to identify departments’ required projects to meet future demandsProven Market Research Analysis experienceAbility to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-taskStrong communication and presentation skillsExcellent knowledge of statistical packages (SPSS, SAS or similar), databases and MS OfficeSearch engines, web analytics and business research tools acumenFamiliarity with CRM programsAdequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc)Working knowledge of data warehousing, modelling and miningStrong analytical and critical thinkingBS degree in, Marketing or related fieldMaster Degree in Marketing or related field is preferred10 to 12 years of experience in Brand Marketing , with at least 4 years of experience in a senior managerial position
