Job description

Advansys ESC is part of INTRO Group, which was founded in 1980 and currently employs more than 2,500 skilled calibers. The group encompasses a wide range of companies in several sectors, including oil and gas, construction, pharmaceutical, engineering, and trading and commercial representation.

We are specialized in a wide array of premium services including Business Automation, Low-code Development, Cloud Services, Industrial Digitization, Warehouse Automation and Strategic Outsourcing.

The individual will be responsible for :

  • Administer Systems : Manage and maintain our servers and networks, both on-premise and in the cloud. You’ll be responsible for our hybrid identity environment, using both Active Directory and Entra ID.
  • Manage Our Cloud : You will deploy and monitor all our virtual machines, storage, and networking on Microsoft Azure , making sure everything is running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Secure Devices : Use Microsoft Intune to manage our devices and endpoints. You'll set up security policies and handle deployments to keep our systems safe.
  • Boost Security : Work with security tools like Microsoft Defender , Azure Sentinel , and Microsoft Purview to protect our environment.
  • Provide Support : You will be the go-to person for technical issues, offering L1 / L2 support for desktops and cloud services. You'll also troubleshoot problems in our Citrix and VDI environments.

Requirements

  • Education : A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience : 5-8 years of experience in IT, focusing on cloud infrastructure, system administration, and technical support.
  • Cloud Skills : Strong, hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure , Intune , and Entra ID .
  • Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and solid experience with Windows Server.
  • Communication : Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English to support our team effectively.
  • Problem-Solver : The ability to manage multiple priorities and switch between different tasks smoothly.
  • Certifications : Microsoft certifications like AZ-104 , SC-200 , or MS-102 are a big plus.
