Job description
  • Manage and organize executives’ calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential documents and maintain records with a high level of discretion.
  • Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations for executives.
  • Attend meetings, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Coordinate communication between the executive and internal / external contacts.
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, ordering supplies, and managing office equipment.
  • Fully knowledgeable in all secretarial tasks and appointment scheduling.
  • Completely proficient in using Microsoft Office programs.
