Job description
  • Oversee the selection and recruitment process of teachers, ensuring the hiring of qualified and competent educators.
  • Conduct regular class visits to observe teaching practices and classroom dynamics.
  • Provide individualized coaching and mentoring to teachers to enhance their instructional skills and professional growth.
  • Develop and implement tailored teacher development plans based on identified needs and institutional objectives.
  • Review and approve teaching plans, ensuring alignment with curriculum standards and educational goals.
  • Evaluate and approve PowerPoint presentations and other instructional materials used by teaching staff.
  • Ensure teaching delivery plans are executed on schedule and address any delays or challenges promptly.
  • Review student grades regularly and collaborate with teachers to establish improvement plans addressing academic performance.
  • Conduct comprehensive end-of-year evaluations for teachers, offering constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor teaching delivery plans and track progress using the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Educational Qualifications :

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Educational Management, or related fields;
    • Master’s Degree or postgraduate studies are highly preferred.
    • Experience :

    • 10-20 years’ educational experience
    • At least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role focused on teacher development.
    • Technical Knowledge :

    • Comprehensive understanding of contemporary educational methodologies and assessment techniques.
    • Familiarity with competency-based education and curriculum design.
    • Knowledge of international educational standards and accreditation criteria.
    • Insight into current trends and demands within the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector.
    • Essential Skills :

    • Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching abilities.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
    • Proficient in English and Arabic, both verbally and in writing.
    • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and educational technologies.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, independently, and under pressure.
    • Demonstrated strategic planning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
    • Travel :

      Ability to travel extensively within Egypt.
