Job descriptionCreate designs, concepts, and sample layouts, principles and esthetic design concepts. Creative proposal and visual execution of branding ideas during the ideation phase. Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and select style and size of type. Perform retouching and photo manipulation. Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software. Experience creating photo-realistic compositions, with an intuitive understanding of color, lighting and perspective. Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications. Keep up to date with trends across social media graphic designs. Assist in creating storyboards and participate in brainstorming sessions to share new designs Collaborate with other designers, animators, and videographers to produce high-quality work. Gather reference materials necessary to illustrate intended styles to the animation staff. Design and enhance the overall quality of video production (motion graphics, animation, etc.). Create Designs related to offline marketing such as giveaways, banners, rollups, backdrops, posters, flyers, manuals, logos, signs, and report covers. Responsible for die cut for booklet and packages. Create typography for tagline and campaign’s slogan with attractive colors for kids. Bachelor's degree in any field (Fine arts and applied arts are preferred) 3 : 5 years of experience in the same role Background in Marketing is preferred A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop) A keen eye for aesthetics and details Excellent communication skills Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
