• Monitor daily hotel occupancy and implement strategic actions to optimize room availability and pricing.
• Handle all room reservations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain contracts and strong relationships with local and international tourism companies and

travel agencies.

• Lead the integration of restaurant reservation systems and coordinate with F&B departments for combined

packages.

• Collaborate with the revenue and sales team to forecast demand and support promotional strategies.
• Train, coach, and evaluate reservation staff to ensure high performance and adherence to SOPs.
• Ensure professional communication and reservation handling in both written and spoken English.
• Analyze reservation trends and generate regular reports for management.
• Manage group bookings, especially for cruise packages, and coordinate with relevant departments.

Gender : Male

Experience :

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Reservation Manager in the hotel industry.
• Prior experience in cruise reservations and restaurant reservation systems is highly preferred.
• Proven history of contracting with tourism companies.
• Experience managing multiple properties (at least 3 hotels).
