Job description

As a Software Solutions Architect, you will act as a technical expert and consultant to support the sales team in understanding customer requirements and proposing appropriate software solutions. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between technical capabilities and business needs, helping drive successful sales outcomes.

Responsibilities :

Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and objectives.
Translate customer needs into technical solutions and design architecture proposals.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase software capabilities.
Assist in preparing technical proposals, RFP responses, and solution designs.
Work closely with customers to address technical queries and provide pre-sales support.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions align with technical capabilities.
Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to provide informed recommendations.
Assist in post-sales activities to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation.

Requirements

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience in software sales engineering, pre-sales, or a similar role.

Strong technical background with expertise in designing and implementing software solutions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to understand customer requirements and propose tailored technical solutions.

Experience in delivering product demonstrations and handling technical queries.

Familiarity with cloud technologies, enterprise software, and solution architecture.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
