Job descriptionConduct regular market visits to assess brand visibility, understand market dynamics, collect competitor intelligence, and build strong trade relationships.Actively gather feedback and insights from retailers and end-users to inform strategy and product positioning.Create engaging and relevant content for marketing materials, campaigns, and social media platforms.Generate innovative marketing ideas and campaign concepts aligned with business goals.Plan and execute digital and offline marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.Conduct thorough market research and analysis to support strategic planning.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.Maintain and update marketing data using Excel; develop dashboards, reports, and performance tracking sheets.Support and coordinate digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media management.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and design.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.1–3 years of relevant experience in a marketing role, preferably in the consumer electronics or home appliances industry.Good command of English, both written and verbal.Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, etc.).Basic knowledge in adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools (Google Ads, Social Media Ads, etc.).Basic working knowledge of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, Jasper, etc.) is a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.A team player who can also take initiative and demonstrate leadership potential.Flexible, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow within the role.
