We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategy in Egypt’s fast-evolving entertainment sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for music, film, live events, or digital media and will be responsible for building brand visibility, driving audience engagement, and promoting our entertainment products and experiences across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for events, media launches, partnerships, and digital platforms.
Lead 360-degree marketing campaigns across digital, social, ATL / BTL, and experiential channels to drive ticket sales, viewership, and engagement.
Manage the creative process , content production, and campaign rollouts in collaboration with agencies, in-house teams, and third-party vendors.
Oversee market research and audience insights to refine target segments and improve content relevance and performance.
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and partners to amplify campaigns and brand presence.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics , adjusting tactics to maximize ROI and customer engagement.
Supervise the marketing team , assigning tasks, reviewing performance, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Coordinate with the Sales, PR, and Events teams to ensure unified messaging and execution.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaign planning and delivery.
A minimum of 7 years of proven experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably within the entertainment, media, or lifestyle industries.
A strong understanding of the Egyptian entertainment market, audience behavior, and media landscape.
Extensive experience in brand management, digital marketing, social media strategy, and campaign execution.
