Job description

Grand Technology is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team in Giza, Egypt . This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. They will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and organised workspace, and contributing to a positive and welcoming café environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso drinks, brewed coffee, and other specialty drinks.
  • Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring proper cleaning and sanitation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer needs and inquiries efficiently and politely.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Stock and replenish supplies, ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Contribute to a positive and welcoming team environment.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not essential for enthusiastic candidates.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of coffee preparation techniques.
  • Strong customer service skills and a commitment to providing a positive customer experience.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
