JOB PURPOSE

The Senior Supply Planning Services Specialist at Azadea's Business Services is responsible for delivering thorough and professional supply planning services and overseeing the operations of the supply planning unit to ensure the provision of a cohesive and efficient end-to-end service for the group.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the procedural and regulatory customs compliance of the shipment to ensure alignment with established policies and procedures. Report any non-compliant cases as necessary.
• Guarantee the readiness of the shipment, oversee dispatch from the origin and customs clearance, and ensuredelivery to the destination.
• Address and resolve logistical challenges, propose alternative solutions promptly, and engage in the analysis of case studies and business simulations
• Assess and compare rates among various logisticsproviders andinform the management of the findings.
• Ensure the expected level of customer service is delivered, maintained and that internal customers are satisfied by meeting internal service level agreements (SLAs) and promptly addressing and following up on requests.
• Identify areas of improvement in the processes of freightforwarding customs clearance, delivery, and insurance within the business.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management is a major plus.

EXPERIENCE

Four to six years of experience is a similar role.
