Description

  • Overseas international tax compliance across jurisdictions
  • Provide tax input during pre-tendering and project structure.
  • Reporting to high level management regarding all the tax matter for the company.
  • Participating in meeting with top management to choose the best tax   structure for the establishments of new projects .
  • Monitoring the implementation phase for the establishment of the company to assure smoothens.
  • Solving any tax issues in the ongoing project phase until project is finalized
  • Assuring all the tax audits and tax matters and finalized and participating in the closure of the company
  • Monitoring all the tax matters oversees
  • Responsible for choosing the best scenario regarding international tax matters for new projects.
  • Participating in audits in MENA region.
  • Handling tax issues with Tax offices oversees ,
  • Collaborate with legal, finance and business units to manage tax risks
  • Ensure timely and accurate tax reporting and documentation
  • Coordinate with external advisors, auditors and tax authorities.
  • Manage all kind of taxes in different jurisdictions.
  • Develop and implement international tax strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct risk assessment on international tax exposures and suggest mitigation risks.

Qualifications

Qualification & Education :

  • Education :     Possession of a bachelor's degree in Accounting english section.
  • Years of Experience :    7 : 10 years of relevant experience in accounting, cash reconciliation a plus but not necessary..
  • Language :     English language writing and reading is a must.
  • Computer skills :   Computer knowledge is a must.
  • certificates : CMA is preferable)
  • Technical competencies :
  • Knowledge and ability in the use of a personal computer and software applications.
  • Good written and oral communication skills, able to communicate complex financial matters to non-technical experts.
  • Has strong attention to details.
  • Time management with great organization skills with thorough follow through.
