Job description

Responsibilities :

Conduct outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to promote products or services.
Respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate information and resolving issues.
Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Provide feedback on customer preferences and industry trends to the marketing team.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field.

Knowledge of IT services is a must.

2 to 6 years of experience.
