Job description

MISSION

  • Planning and forecasting the project budget.
  • Ensuring the project complies with financial regulations and company overall strategy.
  • Responsible for preparation of financial reports.
  • Review for endorsement to the submitted invoices / payments.
  • Review Contracts claims with contractors / Consultants.

SKILLS

  • Strong leadership.
  • Outstanding negotiation, organizational and problem-solving.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of team members.

    • SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT

  • From10- 15 years of construction management experience.
  • BSc. of Civil or Architecture is preferred.
  • Very good spoken and written English.
  • Experience in Hospitality Sector Hotels and resorts is preferred.
  • PMP, CCP, or MRICS certification is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with using MS Excel, Autodesk Revit, and Primavera.
