About aDispatcher : We're a leading provider of top-rated limousine dispatchers with over 2 years of experience, serving premium clients across the USA. Our mission is to connect limousine companies with the top 1% of dispatchers, focusing on professionalism, American accents, and exceptional client experiences.

Position : Hybrid HR Specialist Full-time | Hybrid (Cairo Office + Remote)

What You'll Do :

  • Talent Acquisition : Scout, interview, and recruit top-tier dispatcher candidates with American accents and technical aptitude
  • Training & Development : Design and implement comprehensive training programs for our 1-month dispatcher certification process
  • Employee Engagement : Develop and execute retention strategies to reduce our current 50% turnover rate
  • Performance Management : Establish performance metrics and conduct biweekly reviews aligned with our 2-minute response time standards
  • HR Operations : Manage onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day HR functions for our growing team of 50+ dispatchers
  • Strategic Planning : Support our quarterly goal of acquiring 5 new accounts by ensuring adequate staffing levels

What We're Looking For :

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience : 3+ years in HR, preferably in BPO / outsourcing or customer service environments
  • Language Skills : Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal)
  • Technical Skills : Experience with HR software, performance management systems, and remote team management
  • Cultural Fit : Understanding of American business culture and communication styles
  • Problem-Solving : Proven ability to develop creative solutions for recruitment and retention challenges
