Position : Hybrid HR Specialist Full-time | Hybrid (Cairo Office + Remote)
What You'll Do :
- Talent Acquisition : Scout, interview, and recruit top-tier dispatcher candidates with American accents and technical aptitude
- Training & Development : Design and implement comprehensive training programs for our 1-month dispatcher certification process
- Employee Engagement : Develop and execute retention strategies to reduce our current 50% turnover rate
- Performance Management : Establish performance metrics and conduct biweekly reviews aligned with our 2-minute response time standards
- HR Operations : Manage onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day HR functions for our growing team of 50+ dispatchers
- Strategic Planning : Support our quarterly goal of acquiring 5 new accounts by ensuring adequate staffing levels
What We're Looking For :
Education : Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience : 3+ years in HR, preferably in BPO / outsourcing or customer service environmentsLanguage Skills : Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal)Technical Skills : Experience with HR software, performance management systems, and remote team managementCultural Fit : Understanding of American business culture and communication stylesProblem-Solving : Proven ability to develop creative solutions for recruitment and retention challenges
