Sr. Procurement Engineer

الوصف الوظيفيBachelor degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. min 3 years of experience in Procurement Previous experience in waste management systems , construction projects , or manufacturing industries is preferred. Proficiency in procurement software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Familiarity with the Saudi market.
We are hiring the following position
Sr. Procurement Engineer ” :
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed procurement plans to ensure timely acquisition of materials and services for projects.
- Supervise and approve material requisitions, purchase orders, and contract agreements.
- Evaluate suppliers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
- Oversee vendor selection and conduct negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Monitor and address supply chain disruptions to minimize project delays.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, fostering trust and ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Conduct regular audits of suppliers to assess performance and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Identify and onboard new suppliers to diversify the supply chain and mitigate risks.
- Resolve disputes with suppliers and escalate issues when necessary.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the Procurement Engineer to enhance their skills and performance.
- Coordinate with project managers, logistics, and other departments to align procurement activities with operational needs.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance.
- Manage and update procurement databases and documentation for transparency and accuracy.
Requirements :
Work Conditions : From 9 AM till 5 PM
Work Location : 1st Settlement New Cairo
2 days off ( Fri & Sat. )
