Cartona is one of Egypt’s leading B2B marketplaces, connecting  retailers and suppliers  through a unified digital platform. From our  Retailer App  and  Supplier Platform  to  Cartona Express (Delivery) ,  Salesman App , and  Financial Integrations , we’re building the technology that powers Egypt’s FMCG ecosystem.

We’re expanding our  Product Team  and looking for talented  Product Managers Level 1  to join our growing squads. If you’re passionate about solving real business problems, learning from experienced product leaders, and building tools that impact thousands of users daily this is the right place for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work within a product squad to define and deliver features that improve user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Translate business pains and user feedback into clear product specifications and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, data, and operations to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
  • Participate in QA, UAT, and post-launch reviews to ensure product quality and measurable impact.
  • Maintain clear documentation and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related tech role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to think in terms of user journeys and business impact.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with attention to detail and structure.
  • Eagerness to learn, iterate quickly, and work in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Comfort working with data and product tools (e.g., Posthog, JIRA, Figma).
