JR BI Developer (Big Data Cluster Management)

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Junior BI Developer with experience in big data cluster management to join our analytics team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in business intelligence development and managing big data environments to deliver data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Manage and optimize big data clusters (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) for performance and scalability.
• Design and implement data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data into reporting systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across BI systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in data workflows and cluster environments.

Qualifications :

2+ years of experience in BI development and big data cluster management.

Proficiency in BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.

Hands-on experience with big data frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Hive).

Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data modeling concepts.

Basic understanding of programming languages like Python or Scala for data processing.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field..
