At OUTSOURCY , we help companies simplify their HR through Outsourcing, Recruitment, Payroll, and Employer of Record (EOR) services .
We’re looking for a Sales Account Manager who can sell our services in Egypt and expand into international markets by bringing in large corporate accounts.
This isn’t a regular sales role — it’s about building partnerships with major clients, including companies abroad, and positioning OUTSOURCY as their trusted HR partner .
What you’ll do :
Sell Outsourcing, Recruitment, Payroll, and EOR services to both local and international clients.
Identify, approach, and close deals with enterprise-level accounts .
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and C-level executives.
Consistently achieve (and exceed) ambitious sales targets.
Requirements
Strong track record in B2B Sales (HR, Outsourcing, or EOR services is a plus).
Experience in selling to international clients is highly preferred.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Strong communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
Driven, ambitious, and target-oriented mindset.
