  • Organizational Development & Change Management
  • Design and execute OD strategies to support company transformation, culture alignment, and leadership development.
  • Lead initiatives in change management, performance management, and talent development frameworks.
  • Partner with business units to assess organizational effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • HR Analytics & Data Insights
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and metrics to track trends in turnover, engagement, talent pipelines, etc.
  • Conduct workforce analysis to support succession planning, capacity planning, and organizational structure changes.
  • Leverage predictive analytics to identify organizational risks and opportunities.
  • Translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
  • Capability Building & Learning
  • Assess training needs, develop interventions, and facilitate learning programs aligned with business goals.
  • Support leadership development initiatives through competency frameworks and assessments.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture
  • Drive engagement surveys, analyze results, and lead action planning efforts.
  • Contribute to shaping a high-performance, inclusive, and values-driven culture.
  • Collaborate closely with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and L&D teams to integrate OD initiatives across the HR function.
  • Present analytical findings and OD recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • From 2 to 4 years of experience in OD, HR Analytics, or related HR roles.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in using HR data tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or equivalent).
  • Solid understanding of OD models (e.g., ADDIE, McKinsey 7-S, Kotter’s change model, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferred Skills :

    • Certification in OD, HR Analytics, or Change Management is a plus.
    • Familiarity with HCM platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, HITS).
    • Comfort with both qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
