Job Purpose :

We are seeking a senior-level consultant in the IT Advisory Services team to work on various SAP HCM projects for our customers across the globe.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as a team leader (technical leader) for SAP HCM Payroll implementation projects.
• Lead business transformation / managed services tracks in SAP engagements.
• Interface and communicate with onsite coordinators.
• Plan and monitor project deliverables from the team.
• Mentor the project team in executing identified projects.
• Provide regular status reports to the Manager and onsite coordinators.
• Interface with customer representatives as needed.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
