About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our leadership team and drive the development of our new application and online platform.

The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership skills to guide our technology strategy, build a world-class engineering team, and ensure the scalability, security, and innovation of our product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the company’s technology vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of developers, engineers, and designers.
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of the application and platform .
  • Establish best practices for coding, testing, and deployment (CI / CD).
  • Ensure data security, compliance, and system reliability .
  • Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team on strategic decisions.
  • Research and adopt emerging technologies to drive product innovation.

Prepare technical documentation and contribute to investor presentations when needed

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems , or a related field.
  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in Technology Management) is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in software development and technology leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in building and scaling applications and digital platforms .
  • Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), DevOps, cybersecurity, and modern system architectures (e.g., microservices, APIs) .
  • Experience in startups or SaaS companies is highly desirable.
