  • Administer and coordinate the recruitment process : job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain employee records in compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Support performance management processes including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general concerns.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends.
  • Support HR audits and ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration, as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve HR-related matters.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving the employee experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, BambooHR).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
