Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled FMCG Application Support to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry and a passion for providing excellent customer support.

Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to FMCG clients using our applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs reported by clients
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions
• Collaborate with the development team to enhance the functionality and usability of our applications
• Conduct training sessions for new clients on how to use our applications
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and updates to ensure our applications are meeting the needs of our clients
• Document and maintain support processes and procedures
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed

This is a full-time position based in Cairo, Egypt. The contract details will be discussed during the interview process.
