About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced Senior B2B Lead Generation Specialist to join OUTSOURCY. The role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new business opportunities for our HR services (Recruitment, Outsourcing, Payroll & Compliance, EOR). The ideal candidate has prior experience in HR agencies and a proven track record of generating high-quality B2B leads.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract potential B2B clients in Egypt and the MENA region.
Research and identify target companies and decision-makers within HR, procurement, and C-level management.
Execute outbound prospecting campaigns (LinkedIn, email, cold & warm calls, and other digital tools).
Qualify leads and hand them over to the sales team with accurate notes and background.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects using CRM tools (Hubspot).
Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine targeting, messaging, and lead conversion strategies.
Track performance, analyze results, and report KPIs (leads generated, meetings booked, conversion
Requirements
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3–5 years of proven experience in lead generation within HR agencies, recruitment firms, or outsourcing companies.
Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes and HR services market.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce), and email automation platforms.
Excellent communication and presentation skills (Arabic & English).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
