1–3 years of experience in digital media, lifestyle journalism, or content creation. Excellent writing and translation skills in Arabic and English. Proficient in Canva or similar design tools for lightweight, mobile‑first visuals. Confident filming and editing short vertical videos on a mobile phone. Knowledge of social media publishing (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, YouTube). Strong awareness of current events, local culture, and lifestyle trends in Riyadh and Saudi Arabia. Ability to craft catchy captions, hashtags, and tone for different platforms. Comfortable appearing or presenting on camera for Reels or short video segments. Curious, adaptable, organized, and a collaborative team player. PEOPLE Collaborate closely with editorial, video, and social teams within the Riyadh office. Contribute fresh story ideas during editorial meetings and planning sessions. Maintain a positive, solution‑oriented attitude in a fast‑paced environment. Represent Augustus Media’s tone and culture on every platform and at every event. PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT Develop stronger writing, storytelling, and short‑form video production skills. Learn more about audience engagement and analytics. Receive mentorship from experienced editors and content leads. Take part in internal creative and skills‑development workshops.
