Senior E-Learning Designer

Description and Responsibilities

Identify learning objectives, assess learners, performance outcomes, and evaluative strategies to deliver instruction including consulting with program owners and subject matter experts to identify performance gaps and learning objectives.

Be the voice of the learner, ensuring that their needs are at the forefront of our content efforts and help our team iterate and improve on our content offering.

Provide recommendations for interface design, sequencing of instruction, use of assessments, and online interactive activities.

Lead projects through the design lifecycle from scoping, research and analysis, design, development, testing and launch; providing clear timelines through all phases, communicating with key partners, and selecting appropriate measurement for successful implementation;

Manage the development of instructional materials (tutorials, digital interactives, user guides, audio and video scripts, storyboards, navigational text, tests, etc.) that transform technical information into professionally written, engaging instruction.

Direct and guide learning design for internal and / or external subject matter experts enlisted to produce and publish technical content.

Coordinate the development of instructional materials that are functional, informative, and consistent with sound instructional design principles.

Be a fast learner and keep up-to-date with the latest e learning improvements and developments such as content gamification concepts, scenario based learning, simulations and etc.

Act as a mentor that has the ability to coach and help other persons learn in ways that let them keep growing afterward. And developing them through recommending course that are needed or will be needed to increase their skills in that matter.

Have the ability to communicate clearly with everyone associated with the project.

Design and Prepare the project implementation plan according to all project aspects.

Have the ability to produce at least 2 outstanding creative ideas that facilitates the work load, or introduce new technology in the field.

Qualifications - External

From 3-5 Years of Experience

B.Sc. of Education or Applied Arts or equivalent

B.Sc. of Engineering, CS is a plus

E-Learning ITI Diploma is a plus

Excellent knowledge of :

Articulate Storyline, Lectora, and / or Captivate

Experience with LMS architecture and deployment within a corporate learning environment

Very   Good knowledge of :

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe illustrator

JavaScript and HTML5

Adobe Audition

Camtasia Studio

Adobe Premiere is a pulse

Adobe After Effects is a pulse

Excellent command of English

Excellent communication skills

Excellent administrative skills

Excellent presentation skills

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

Multinational exposure is a plus
