الوصف الوظيفيEngage with potential and existing customers over the phone to introduce our products and services. Acquire in-depth knowledge of product details and service offerings. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues effectively. Gather customer feedback to improve services and offerings. Identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions. Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. Maintain and update the customer database efficiently. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics. Aim to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Document all interactions with customers and track sales progress. Prepare monthly reports on KPIs and sales achievements.
Requirements
- Min 3 years of experience in telesales, customer service,
- Selling via cold calling in outsourcing, recruitment, software, or services. (Preferably one of the first two)
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Must be willing to make a minimum of 60 answered calls per day.
- Will have target for achieving qualified meetings
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
- Strong willingness to learn about product specifications and benefits.
- Friendly and patient demeanor with customers.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Fluent in English.
