Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented IT Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and analyze the digital transformation budget quarterly.
- Optimize assets and service desk performance to reduce cost and time waste.
- Streamline PR / PO cycles across all department sections.
- Ensure 90%+ SLA compliance and follow up on customer satisfaction.
- Track all invoices and payments while handling department needs.
