Job Purpose :
This role is responsible for visiting doctors to promote specific dermatology products, disseminate product information, and convey company messages to achieve monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Follow all relevant sales procedures to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Manage daily operations within the Sales function to maintain workflow continuity.
- Visit doctors in private clinics and hospitals daily to promote products, share product information, and communicate company messages to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Accurately record and update sales data in the CRM system daily for review by the Field Sales Supervisor.
- Coordinate and communicate regularly with sales representatives and the direct manager to meet sales objectives.
- Continuously acquire in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services to enhance sales performance.
- Adhere to all safety, quality, health, and environmental procedures, as well as the company’s code of conduct, to maintain a safe and professional work environment.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Education :
B.Sc. degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.Experience :
1- 3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in dermatology.Behavioral Competencies :
