Design, develop, and maintain complex solutions on the Creatio platform, including custom business workflows and user interfaces.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for workflow automation and process optimization.
Build, customize, and optimize modules for work order management, ticketing, and asset management to support business operations
Ensure seamless integration of Creatio with other enterprise systems and databases
Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices in software design and architecture.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve system issues to ensure high performance and reliability.
Document technical designs, workflows, and customizations for ongoing support and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of hands-on experience with Creatio (Terrasoft) CRM platform, including workflow and UI customization.
Strong proficiency in .NET / C#, JavaScript, and database technologies (e.g., Oracle, PL / SQL).
Demonstrated experience building and optimizing business workflows and process automations.
Expertise in developing custom UI / UX components and integrating with external systems.
Deep understanding of work order management, ticketing, and asset management business processes.
Solid knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
Preferred
Experience with high-load enterprise applications.
Prior work in asset-intensive industries or service management environments.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
