Key Responsibilities :

  • Team Leadership and Management : Recruit, train, and onboard telemarketing staff.Set individual and team sales targets and monitor progress.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching.Motivate the team to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Telemarketing Operations : Develop and implement effective telemarketing strategies.Ensure the team follows scripts and maintains high-quality standards.Monitor live calls to ensure compliance and performance.Manage scheduling and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation : Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns.Identify new opportunities to improve lead generation and conversion.
  • Reporting and Analysis : Analyze sales data to track team performance.Prepare and present regular reports on telemarketing activities and outcomes.Use insights to make data-driven decisions and improve results.
  • Customer Engagement : Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained.Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively.
  • Proven experience as a Telemarketing Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and telemarketing tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
